FIVE INGREDIENTS FOR FRIDAY'S

It's FRIDAY!! That means another five ingredient or less recipe and with temperatures the way they've been, this is sure to warm your family's bellies. It's fast and delicious! What more could you ask for?


SENSATIONAL CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

3 1/2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
1 MEDIUM CARROT, SLICED
1 STALK CELERY, SLICED
1/2 CUP UNCOOKED MEDIUM EGG NOODLES
1 CUP CUBED COOKED CHICKEN

MIX BROTH, CARROT, AND CELERY IN A SAUCEPAN. SEASON WITH PEPPER. HEAT TO A BOIL. STIR IN NOODLES AND CHICKEN. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT 10 MIN. OR TILL NOODLES ARE DONE. SERVES 4.

This recipe is from a "Campbell's Favorite Recipes" booklet. We have made it quite a few times. I have even used leftover turkey instead of the chicken. This is great to put in a thermos for your little one's school lunch or even your own. Hope you like it!!
